DRESSING ROOMS AND CATERING

Lotus catering will be provided on the day of your performance and will feature options for both vegetarians and omnivores. 

Please remind me if you have someone in your party with special dietary restrictions or allergies. 

  

BAND/CREW DINING HALL 

 

There is one catering area and it serves to accommodate both band and crew members for lunch and dinner. The menu will be sent to you in a couple of weeks, to make sure all the dietary requirements are fulfilled.

 

Dining Hall Schedule:

 

Lunch: 1:00PM - 3:00 PM

Dinner: 7:00PM - 9:00 PM

  

There will be one big coffee table available to everyone including the following: assorted coffees, assorted teas, milk, soy milk, skim milk, lemon, ginger, sweetener, and sugar.

  

TOWELS

 

Lotus is a green production and we take pride in making this event as ecological as possible. Therefore, we ask you to keep in consideration the necessary amount of towels you need and, if possible, limiting the amount you require. Please inform us how many towels will be needed by the band and crew in dressing rooms and stages.
