HOTEL

Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted by a Lotus stationed in your hotel lobby.

 

They will be there to assist you with transportation to the venue, and with any other hotel needs you might have.

​

We request that you contact the Artist Relations Manager, Alicia Norero, with the Rooming List Form filled out. Once this information is received

your touring party will be assigned a hotel and the rooms you have requested.

​

Alicia will contact you with the follow up information once a hotel has been assigned to you.

​

EXPENSES AT THE HOTEL

Lotus will pay for your Hotel’s Room and Tax.

 

Each room includes breakfast and Wi Fi. 

​

All extra expenses, like Mini- bar, Room service, telephone calls, etc. must be paid by you at your check out. 

 

All tour managers must give credit card information to pay for the extra expenses of the band.

​

We will send each tour manager a Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fill in and send the authorization form back to us.

​

This will speed up the Check-In process at the hotel. 

 

You can also decide to turn in the form at your check-in in you choose not to send it in advance.
